Asked for a quote for two separate areas of damage. Price was very reasonable. Great service, including picking my car up from my house and dropping off a courtesy car. This also happened in reverse once my car was ready. Updates provided whenever I asked and the quote was spot on. Really friendly people and the car looks brand new (cleaner than it's been in a while too!). I would absolutely recommend AARC.

Aarc is an excellent company to deal with. After my car was rearended on a Tuesday, they were able to assess the damage next day, with Ian and my car was booked in the week after for repair. I was constantly updated via Allan Stokes the customer service manager. After the bumper assy was repaired and sprayed. He organised my car to be booked into my local retailer for some electronic work to be carried out due to the accident. Also he found out that my car was on recall for some warranty software upgrades which my retailer had not advised me off. It just shows that this company is genuinely interested in doing a thorough investigation into your vehicle. I wouldn't have any problem in recommending Aarc. Great job. Thankyou.

Cannot recommend highly enough. They have done a fantastic job on my car - looks like it's just rolled off the fourcourt. Everyone is professional, polite and friendly. Hopefully I won't need to use them again but wouldn't hesitate if I needed to!

Having used the AARC business recently to mend my damaged X5 bumper, I can happily review that all works were perfect. This company are first class, I called and spoke to Ian, arranged the assessment for the following day, within 24 hours I had the estimate, the guys then dealt with the insurance company, within 48hrs the work was authorised and then the work carried out the following week. Considering getting your car fixed after an accident is normally stressful, Aldridge Accident Repair Centre made it the opposite! I would 100% recommend this company, the staff are really friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble.

I had an awful experience with this garage, they didn’t communicate with me at all. They had my car for nearly 2 months whilst fixing the drivers side door, I was left for nearly 2 weeks with no courtesy car and any date I received for completion was moved back. This occurred 3/4 times thought the process. The one star is due to the new door being fitted well however I don’t believe the work is worth the hassle that they caused.

A few weeks ago I was not concentrating and unfortunately hit a door on my car on a wall on my drive. I just cant tell you how impressed I am with AARC. From start to finish their service, friendly approach and efficient way of dealing with things is amazing. Obviously I do not want people to have accidents with their vehicles, but please if you do say to your insurance company you want to use AARC just brilliant and nothing is too much trouble and very nice waiting lounge.
