No Excess To Pay
Please click on the RED button on the home page and this will explain your rights. In summary, if the accident was NOT your fault then you will pay NO excess so long as the other driver has insurance as the repair and the hire of a replacement vehicle will be paid by the other driver's insurance - subject to their cover.

Free Like for Like Vehicle
Please clcik on the RED button on the home page and this will explain your rights. In summary, if the accident was NOT your fault you are entitled to a replacement like for like vehicle whilst yours is in for repair. The cost of this is paid by the third party's insurance company subject to their cover.
